A short, focused engagement to help early-stage founders install a clear operating system for their company — without turning into an ongoing consulting relationship.

The 30-Day Operating Reset

Why this reset exists

Most early-stage companies have smart, hardworking people on their team. However, as reality settles in, they often struggle due to bottlenecks in the decision-to-implementation process, responsibilities get blurry, and everything feels urgent all the time.

When structure doesn’t keep up with growth, founders end up carrying too much — and teams lose clarity.

The Operating Reset exists to fix that, quickly and cleanly.

What we do in 30 days

Week 1 — Triage & Clarity

We identify decision bottlenecks, clarify ownership, and define what actually matters this quarter.

Week 2 — Operating Cadence

We install a simple operating rhythm, reduce unnecessary meetings, and define how decisions get made — and by whom.

Week 3 — Delegation & Hiring Systems

We map where the founder is over-involved, clarify role expectations, and create clear scorecards for key positions.

Week 4 — Documentation & Handoff

We document the operating system, create a focused 90-day map, and complete a clean handoff.

This is an installation, not an ongoing dependency.

What this is not

  • Not fractional COO work

  • Not finance, bookkeeping, or compliance

  • Not legal or payroll support

  • Not day-to-day people management

  • Not an open-ended engagement

If you’re looking for someone to permanently “own ops,” this is probably not a fit.

Engagement details

  • 30 calendar days

  • $8,500 flat

  • 10 hours per week

  • I only accept a maximum of two clients at a time

Again, the goal coming out of this is clarity, no permanence. You and your team are in the best position to carry this forward.
